Orders & shipping
How long until my order arrives?
Every piece is printed just for you after you order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days (up to 7 for hoodies and mugs in busy seasons). Delivery in the United States then takes 3–5 business days. International delivery takes 5–20 business days depending on where you are. Full details are on our Shipping page.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and what's in your cart.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International orders may owe import duties or taxes set by your country. Those are paid by the customer.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders go into production fast. Contact us within 2 hours of ordering and we'll do our best.
Sizing & fit
How do your tees fit?
Our tees are unisex Bella+Canvas 3001s. Most men wear their usual size. Most women size down one for a closer fit. Check the Size Guide for exact measurements.
How do the hoodies fit?
Our hoodies have a roomy unisex fit. Size up if you want an oversized look. Measurements are in the Size Guide.
Returns & care
Can I return or exchange something?
Because every item is made to order, we can't take returns for a change of mind or the wrong size. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it free or refund you. You don't need to send it back. See Returns & Exchanges.
How do I care for my tee or hoodie?
Wash inside out in cold water, tumble dry low or hang dry, and don't iron directly on the print. Your design will stay loud for years.
Are the mugs dishwasher safe?
Yes. Our 11 oz ceramic mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe.
