At Obnoxiously Black, we stand behind the quality of our products. If something arrives wrong, we’ll work to make it right.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact us within 30 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or differs from what you ordered. Use our website’s contact form and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Sizing and changes of mind
Our products are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, or for a size or color you selected incorrectly, except where required by law. Please review the size chart and order details before purchasing.

Missing packages
If your order hasn’t arrived, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Return instructions
Please contact us before sending anything back. If a return is required for an approved product issue, we’ll provide instructions and cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the credit.

Order changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production begins.
